Cancellation & Refund Policy

Shri Krishna Electronics believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

1. Order Cancellations

• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within Not Applicable of placing the order.
• Cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have already been communicated to the vendors/merchants and the shipping process has started.
• Shri Krishna Electronics does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of the delivered product is not good.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

• In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the same to our Customer Service team.
• The request will be entertained once the merchant has checked and confirmed the issue.
• This must be reported within Not Applicable of receiving the products.

3. Product Not as Expected

• If you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or not as per your expectations, please notify our Customer Service team within Not Applicable of receiving the product.
• After reviewing your complaint, the Customer Service Team will take an appropriate decision regarding replacement or refund.

4. Manufacturer Warranty

For complaints regarding products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, customers are advised to refer the issue directly to the manufacturer.

5. Refunds

• In case of any refunds approved by Shri Krishna Electronics, the process will take Not Applicable for the refund to be credited to the end customer.
